In two days of the rest of the training time, we experienced together "inspiration", "high across the broken bridge", "onboard" test quickly across different team cooperation ability grouping PK training project, there are wonderful roller coaster "building", "out of the camp" and "crossing graduation wall" this test all the participation of students' ability of joint collaboration unity training project.

"Out of the camp" bring me the feeling is, should as far as possible to ensure that the team in team activities every member to understand the consequences of a task and don't follow the rules, a clear division of responsibility, or even a seemingly simple task, also repeated failure may occur. When we work together as a team member to accomplish a task, regardless of the level of the position and the work of each position, we can determine whether the task is completed successfully.
The four teams working together on a "fantastic rollercoaster ride" can simulate the process of working together to accomplish one thing within the organization. What this activity brings to me is that the overall operation efficiency of the enterprise is determined by the speed of the coordination between the internal departments. Everyone should have global processing, when work in high efficiency to finish the work of the department, take the initiative to do consider a good coordination and fluctuation process of cohesion, so as to make a need to work across departments and efficient work. Only every department can work hard to ensure the flexible and efficient operation of our organization. As managers at all levels of the enterprise should also focus on how to improve the cohesion efficiency of different departments/processes when designing the system process, otherwise the organization can only become more and more rigid.
